More on Planning, or What I should actually do about it

Plan for the worst. Yet another night at the office. Yet another meal out…so much fat and sugar, I don’t even want to think about it. And why? Because I didn’t have anything to eat here, besides what I bring for lunch (ain’t eatin it for dinner too!) So I need to have a back up and say “no” to take out. Ideas? Frozen entrees and canned soups.
