I did I personal TT on Sauvie Island this morning; it was sunny, about 84 degrees, just amazing. Comparing it to my last 2 attempts a few months ago, I went from an average pace of 17mph to 19.5mph, and I was finished in 1h10min rather then 1:25. And the best part: I wasn’t trying [...][...]
